For food service — wholesale supply

Supplying restaurants, pizzerias, canteens and retail chains since 2014. In 12 years, not a single failed order.

Why us

12 years, not one failed delivery

For a kitchen the first question is not “what does it cost”. It is “will it arrive tomorrow”. Since 2014 we have never missed an order.

HACCP-certified production

Our production is certified to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), and production processes are documented in the format of the ISO 22000:2018 standard. View our certificates.

Our own laboratory

Quality control at every stage of production, with an in-house laboratory and a dedicated quality manager. Every batch is checked before filling.

Produced under vacuum

Our mayonnaise is produced under vacuum, which gives it a smooth texture and the same taste in every batch.

What we supply

Mayonnaise — four lines, four purposes

Line For Formats
Classic classic taste, salads, sandwiches 200 ml · 800 g · 5 kg
Vegan no animal-origin ingredients — Lenten and vegan menus 200 ml · 800 g · 5 kg
Professional hot dishes, high daily volume 5 kg
Culinary base for salads and cold sauces 5 kg

Ketchup — two lines

Line For Formats
Classic grills, burgers, pizza 200 g · 10 kg
Spicy chilli flavouring, spicy menus 200 g · 10 kg

Which format fits you

  • 200 ml doypack — single servings, delivery orders, lunch boxes
  • 800 g — small venues, cafés, family restaurants
  • 5 kg bucket — restaurant kitchens, daily use
  • 10 kg bucket (ketchup) — grill houses, pizzerias, chain venues

Which line — by type of venue

The same sauce does not suit every kitchen in the same way. Below is how our partners choose a line and a format in practice. If you are unsure, call us: tell us about your menu and we will choose together.

When choosing a line, think about three things: which dishes the sauce goes into, how many portions you serve a day, and how long an opened pack stays in your kitchen. The answers to these three questions also decide the format — 200 ml, 800 g, 5 kg or 10 kg.

Pizzeria

In a pizzeria sauce is used in two places: on the pizza base and on the side, in a separate dish. For the base, pizzerias often choose the 10 kg ketchup bucket — one bucket covers a large volume per shift, and there are fewer opened packs in the kitchen. Classic ketchup suits a standard menu, Spicy suits the spicy items. Mayonnaise in the 5 kg bucket works for sauce bases and salads.

Restaurant

In a restaurant kitchen mayonnaise is used for several purposes. As a base for cold salads and sauces — Culinary; for hot dishes — Professional; where guests expect the classic taste — Classic. For Lenten periods and vegan items — the Vegan line. For daily use the 5 kg bucket is convenient: it is easy to store, and an opened pack does not sit for long.

Canteens, catering, corporate dining

With large portions and a daily menu, what matters is that the product arrives on time and in the same format every time. For venues like these we offer a standing schedule: we agree the delivery day and volume once, and deliveries keep coming without a new order each time.

Fast food, burgers, shawarma, delivery

For single portions — 200 ml mayonnaise and 200 g ketchup: convenient in lunch boxes, delivery orders and at the table. For daily kitchen use, the same venues usually choose 5 kg mayonnaise and 10 kg ketchup.

Small cafés and bakeries

Where daily use is small, the 800 g pack makes sense: an opened pack is used up quickly and fits easily on a shelf. Minimum order — 6 units.

Who we work with

Both retail chains and food-service venues:

2 Nabiji · Nikora · Tashir Pizza · Pizza di Roma · Delfood · Ronny’s

Quality you can check

For a head chef our word is not enough — you need facts that can be verified. Here is what you get with every delivery:

  • Batch number and production date — on every pack. If you have a question about a specific product, send us the batch number and our quality manager will get back to you.
  • Use-by date — on the label, together with the storage conditions.
  • HACCP certificate No. 121837 — available on our certificates page.
  • ISO 22000:2018 — production processes are documented in the format of this standard.
  • Our own laboratory — each batch is checked before filling, not after delivery.

Delivery

Delivery is free in Tbilisi, Mtskheta and Rustavi. Orders placed during business hours before 6:00 PM are delivered the following day. If another day suits you better, choose your preferred delivery date when ordering and we will confirm it.

Products travel on our own routes, so you know exactly when your delivery arrives. Since 2014 this system has worked every day — for restaurants, pizzerias, canteens and retail chains.

With a standing schedule the delivery day is fixed in advance, which makes stock planning simple: the kitchen manager knows when the next batch arrives, and there is no need to build up extra stock.

Frequently asked questions

Why are wholesale prices not shown on the site?

Terms for a food-service venue depend on volume and delivery schedule. Get in touch, tell us your venue, the products you need and your approximate monthly volume, and we will send pricing and terms by phone or email.

Can I combine different lines in one order?

Yes. In one order you can combine mayonnaise and ketchup, different lines and formats. The minimum order is counted per format: 200 ml — 40 units, 800 g — 6 units, 5 kg — 1 unit.

Can I buy the 200 ml pack on the site?

The 200 ml and 200 g packs are currently in the site catalogue without an online cart. To order, contact us by phone or email; the minimum order is 40 units.

What if my volume changes?

Seasons, menus and guest numbers change — that is normal. You can change the volume or frequency of your standing schedule; contact us before the delivery day and we will prepare the next delivery with the new volume.

Does mayonnaise come in a 10 kg bucket?

No. The 10 kg bucket is ketchup only (Classic and Spicy). Every mayonnaise line comes in a 5 kg bucket; Classic and Vegan also come in 800 g and 200 ml packs.

Who do I contact about a product question?

Call or write to us and give the batch number printed on the pack. That way we can find the specific batch and reply.

How does payment work?

When ordering on the site — by VISA or Mastercard. For regular partners, payment terms are agreed individually, together with pricing and the delivery schedule, when we start working together.

Can I order for several venues under one company?

Yes. If you have several venues or branches, we agree delivery to each address separately — each venue can have its own schedule and volume.

Where is the production site?

19a Railway Dead End, Airport District, Tbilisi. Orders and advice — by phone or email.
