Privacy policy

Sans Group LLC (ID 402007573, 19a Railway Dead End, Airport District, Tbilisi 0190, Georgia) respects your privacy and treats the processing of personal data as a responsibility.

This policy explains what data we collect on www.sans.ge, why we use it, who we share it with and what rights you have.

1. What data we collect

  • Contact details — name and surname, phone number, email address;
  • Delivery details — address, name of the establishment, preferred delivery time;
  • Order details — products purchased, quantity, amount, date of order;
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, actions on the site (through cookies).
  • Lead form data — contact details provided through a Facebook or Instagram lead form and the answers given in that form (see section 9).

We do not collect or store bank card details. Payments are processed on the bank side over a secure channel.

2. Why we process your data

  • to receive, process and deliver your order;
  • to communicate with you about an order or an enquiry;
  • to meet our accounting and tax obligations;
  • to improve the site and the quality of our service;
  • with your consent — to send news and offers.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data only where we have a legal basis to do so:

  • performance of a contract — accepting and delivering your order;
  • legal obligation — accounting and reporting;
  • your consent — marketing messages. You may withdraw consent at any time;
  • legitimate interest — the security and functioning of the site.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or trade your data. We share it only with the partners without whom the service cannot be provided:

  • courier and transport companies — to carry out delivery;
  • the bank — to process payment;
  • hosting and IT service providers — to keep the site running;
  • accounting services — for statutory reporting;
  • analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta) — to measure site statistics and advertising campaigns, within the limits set out in sections 8–10;
  • authorised state bodies — in the cases provided for by law.

5. How long we keep data

We keep data only for as long as the relevant purpose requires:

  • order and payment data — for the period established by the legislation of Georgia, for accounting purposes;
  • contact details used for marketing — until consent is withdrawn;
  • technical data — for a limited period, for site analytics.

Once the period expires, data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask what data we process about you;
  • ask us to correct or update inaccurate data;
  • ask us to delete data where there is no legal basis to keep it;
  • withdraw your consent to marketing at any time;
  • lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia if you believe your rights have been infringed.

To make a request, contact us at info@sans.ge

7. Cookies

The site uses cookies so that it works correctly (cart, language choice, session) and so that we can understand how visitors use it. You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time — this may affect how some features work.

8. Analytics and advertising tools

The site uses:

  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) — to measure visit statistics and the performance of advertising campaigns;
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) — to measure the performance of ads placed on Facebook and Instagram and to build advertising audiences.

These tools collect technical and behavioural data — IP address, device and browser data, pages viewed and actions taken on the site. We use this data in aggregated form and do not use it to identify a specific person. Legal basis — your consent or our legitimate interest.

You can opt out through your browser settings by blocking cookies, and also: Google — tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; Meta — through the ad settings of your Facebook or Instagram account.

To keep the site secure, when a login attempt fails we store the IP address, the username entered and the time of the attempt on our own server, in order to limit and block unauthorised access. This data is not passed to third parties. Legal basis — our legitimate interest in protecting the site.

9. Facebook and Instagram lead forms

Our ads on Meta platforms may include a lead form (Instant Form). If you complete the form:

  • we receive the details you provide — name and surname, phone number, email address (optional), address, and the answers given in the form (product of interest, type of business, consent to receive a tasting set);
  • we use this data only to contact you, arrange delivery of the tasting set and give you information about our products; we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes;
  • the data is transferred from Meta to us automatically. At the stage of completing the form, Meta acts in accordance with its own policy — facebook.com/privacy/policy;
  • if a Messenger conversation starts after the form is submitted, that correspondence is also stored on Meta’s platform;
  • we keep data received through the lead form for no longer than 24 months if no business relationship begins in that period.

You can withdraw your consent at any time: +995 591 10 10 60 or info@sans.ge. After withdrawal we delete the data, except for the part we are required by law to retain.

10. Transfer of data outside Georgia

When the tools listed above are used, data may be processed within the European Union and the United States — under the standard contractual clauses and data protection mechanisms of the respective providers (Google, Meta).

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. If it changes, we will publish the updated version on this page.
